Details:
As a "Method as a Service" we offer you the design and implementation of a program methodology for use within your programs with the PMI® Standard for Program Management as well as other assets (if desired). The PMI® Program Standard should become an important part of the methodology, as it describes important domains that should be managed in a program. Depending on your requirements, various structures and contents of these standards should be adapted and integrated. Furthermore, it is possible to incorporate your organization's own assets at any level. There are also other building blocks that can extend the scope of a program methodology, such as designing and installing your own learning and certification environment. OYSTEC can create a program methodology for your company and implement it in your organization. In any case, it is guaranteed that the quality of your program is guaranteed, because PMI® adapts domains professionally. These are the following:

Program Strategy Alignment (alignment of the program with the objectives and values of the implementing organisation)
Program Benefit Management (providing and maximizing financial and non-financial benefits as a result of the program, in particular through the design and implementation of a global and local KPI framework)
Program Stakeholder Engagement (identification and analysis of program stakeholders' needs and influencing expectations)
Governance (monitoring and control of the program through formal rules and structures)
Program Life Cycle Management (definition, execution and completion of the entire program including all required components/projects)

Service Period:
By agreement (a program methodology can be created and implemented within 4 months up to 2 years depending on the scope; depending on the building blocks to be integrated).

Global Delivery Model:
The methodology can be created at your location or remotely, or from a mixture of both - depending on the arrangement with you. Then: the use of shoring resources (e.g. from nearshore or offshore employees) can be configured as part of a project methodology.
